Videogames, that conquer children, undermine the Subbuteo game. In 2000 Hasbro made the shock announcement: stop to the production of Subbuteo. But in England many people protest, and Hasbro rethinks its decision. At the end of 2000, production resumed with a short number of sets and accessory. In 2002, Parodi and Hasbro signed a new license but production was short-lived. At the end of 2003, once again, the license to the genovese company was withdrawn. |
